How do I disable a user in BeneMoney?

Disabling BeneMoney users is easy with a simple check of a button

When a HR user leaves the company the user account can be disabled by unchecking the Disable/Enable check box in the user's profile. This will prevent unauthorized access to the BeneMoney System.
