Will I Be Alerted to Download/Upload My Files?
The BeneMoney platform provides automatic alerts to help ensure required payroll files are uploaded and downloaded on time.
Upload Alerts (Census & PDT Files)
You will receive an email the day the files are due. These alerts will show you which file(s) you need to upload.
If you miss an upload, you will get additional emails until the file has been uploaded successfully.

PDI File Alerts
When a new Payroll Deduction Instruction (PDI) file is ready, you will receive a Payment Deduction Summary by email.
The email includes:
- A summary of NEW and STOP deductions
- A link to view the full PDI file directly in the portal
