What File Formats Are Required
BeneMoney uses two recurring payroll files from your team: the Census File and the PDT File. These files must be in a comma-delimited or text file. Both files must be submitted in the correct format to ensure successful processing and accurate loan eligibility and deduction tracking.
Required File Types
Both the Census File and the PDT File must be submitted in one of the following extensions:
- .CSV – Preferred
- .TXT
These file types ensure that your payroll data can be processed correctly by the BeneMoney system.
