State Specific Considerations

BeneMoney is available in all 50 states and Puerto Rico. However, due to state legislation in Kansas, Rhode Island and New Jersey, BeneMoney’s No Credit Check Loan is not available.  

State legislation in these three states prohibits automatic payroll deductions through benefit programs.
