Duplicate Deductions 

If your payroll team accidentally processes a duplicate BeneMoney loan deduction, please notify the BeneMoney Account Management team right away. Duplicate deductions must be handled by BeneMoney and our banking partner to ensure the employee’s loan balance is corrected properly. 

 

What You Need to Do 

  1. Email accountmanagement@benemoney.com 
  2. Provide:  
    1. Employee name 
    2. Employee ID (if available) 
    3. Payroll date of the duplicate deduction 
    4. What the correct amount was and the amount that was actually taken  

 

What Happens Next 

After you notify us, BeneMoney will: 

  • Review the duplicate deduction 
  • Work with the bank to determine the correct resolution 
  • Follow up with instructions if any payroll adjustments are needed
